Yes, registration tables will be at Vonage Campus. They open at 12:00pm. However, there is a charge of $10 per person and $36 per family. To minimize your cost and wait time we recommend registering online.

Parking will be available at Vonage Campus for your convenience. There will be signs directing you towards the closest parking in relation to the walk.

The event must go on! If the weather report begins to look grim 3 days before, we will e-mail you with the rain plan details.

Yes, we will be providing food & refreshments. Water will be supplied for the walk and light refreshments will be handed out at the finish line. Following the walk, hot food, concessions and drinks will be for sale.

When you make a donation online, you can designate what you want to appear as your recognition name on the participant's Honor Roll. This may be your name, or it could be something such as "From the whole Wolf family" or "in memory of Aunt Cathy."

If a donation check has been written out to you personally, you may endorse the back of the check and mail it in with a completed donation form to the Friendship Circle.

It is not a good idea to send a cash donation in the mail. You may drop of the cash at the Friendship Circle along with a completed donation form or you can deposit the cash into your checking account and send a personal check from your account with a completed donation form. The donation will be credited to the name on the donation form.

You can't enter a check online. What you can do is enter a check as a pledge. This can be done in the fundraising section of your headquarters page. The status of the check will be pending until the check is received by the Friendship Circle.

As your donors make a contribution, they have the option of whether or not they want to appear in the Honor Roll. The option to appear in the Honor Roll is only available to donors who make their donation online.

Log in with your username and password to visit your headquarters page. Click on the fundraising button and you will find a list of all of your donors as well as a list of all donors to your team if you are the team captain.

You can communicate with your donors by visiting the Tell Your Friends section in the Headquarters. Simply download your contacts from any of the email providers. Select the contacts you wish to email. Select an email template or create your own, and Send! Its that easy. Note: To insure your privacy, we do not save, share, or store your contacts.

When a donor makes a donation online, s/he can enter text to appear on the fundraising honor roll. This may be the donor's name, or it could be something like "From the whole Wolf family" or"In Memory of Aunt Cathy".

For security reasons, the website will time out if you are inactive for 20 minutes or more. Being active means clicking a link on the site. Typing a message does not keep you active on the site, so if you are typing a message, please save regularly. Be warned that there is no prompt to let you know you are being logged out.
